Dual grater with coarse and fine blade side. The grater is ideal for hard cheese, cheese, citrus fruit, garlic, chilli, cinnamon, nutmeg, carrots, ginger, coconut, nuts and horseradish.
The fine blade is ideal for grating citrus fruit or grating various spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon and tonka beans, as well as parmesan and hard cheese and ingredients such as chocolate to refine or decorate desserts or drinks. The grater produces a very fine result, which also enhances the flavour. Tip: This blade can also be used to grate ginger, garlic or chilli peppers to achieve a puree-like consistency. The coarse blade can be used to grate various foods more coarsely than the fine blade without tearing them. Chocolate, coconut or nuts for desserts, onions, shallots or ginger for cooking, all types of vegetables and fruit (e.g. carrots, potatoes or apples) for preparing baby food or to achieve a thicker consistency during preparation.
