Zester

With the razor-sharp, photo-etched blades of the zester - made in the USA - foods such as citrus peel, chocolate, ginger, nutmeg etc. are cut effortlessly and precisely and are not torn.

Slicer

The slicer can be used to cut potatoes, courgettes, carrots, beetroot, onions, cucumbers, radishes, mushrooms or apples into wafer-thin slices approx. 2 millimetres thick.

Glove

The protective glove offers protection and safety when working with the sharp Microplane graters. It is suitable for right- and left-handers and can be hygienically cleaned in the washing machine at up to 60°C.
